Orientation visit.

To get started, we need to set up an orientation visit. This initial no-cost meeting gives you, your pets, and your Pet Care Specialist a chance to meet and discuss your needs. The Pet Care Specialist will ask a lot of questions about how to best care for your pets. He/she will then go through our contract and answer any questions you have. The meeting usually lasts about
30 minutes.
